    I'm with you from day one, walking alongside you through every decision, big and small, all the way to your wedding day. This package is for the couple who wants a true partner for the whole season - someone to carry the details so you can carry the joy.

    Wedding Management
    I'm here for the whole journey, guiding and directing you every step of the way so you never have to wonder what's next. From our first meeting together through monthly check-ins and all the way through your wedding day, I'm in your corner helping you make confident, intentional decisions.

    Day-Of Coordination
    I step in about 30 days before your wedding. The details, meeting, and venue walk-through happen before then at whatever works best for our schedules - and then on your wedding day, I'm fully present so you can be too.

    I'm working a bit from what I know of your brand voice (elevated, joyful, intentional) - if you can paste in an example of copy from your site that already sounds like "you," I can match it more precisely.

  • A signed contract and retainer are required to reserve your date. We will discuss this during the initial consultation!

  • Absolutely! I'm there prepping everything from linens to tablescapes, making sure every detail is set exactly how you envisioned it. I'll also help move any florals you'd like repurposed from your ceremony to your reception space - because why let that beauty go to waste? And at the end of the night, when you're ready to soak in every last moment, I'll be there to handle the cleanup too.

  • There is one main coordinator, who is me, Reagan Felts. Depending on what your day-of needs are, I may bring 1 or 2 assistants to help everything run smoothly.

  • Yes! I’m based out of Alabama and now live in Florida, but I do travel! I’ve done weddings in Georgia and Tennessee - and love going to new places!

  • I keep this simple and straightforward! Payments are preferred by check. Your Save the Date payment secures your wedding day on my calendar and is due when you sign your contract. The remaining balance is then due 30 days before your event, also by check.
